Alex SULKOWSKI

Alex is the former managing partner of Atoz. He retired in July 2009 but is still active as of counsel for Atoz and as a Board Member of our international network Taxand. Alex held senior executive positions in Ernst & Young and Andersen. Amongst others, he was in charge of the Belgium and Luxembourg Tax & Legal practices in Andersen’s, a group of 550 professionals advising clients in many different industries. He brings over 25 years of experience in many different fields including corporate structures, tax litigation, M&A and corporate finance. He is a member of a number of key industry bodies and was educated in Luxembourg, Germany and the US.
