Fatah BOUDJELIDA

Fatah started his career with Andersen where he advised international clients in the financial, real estate and industrial sectors. Fatah joined Atoz since its inception on July 2004 and worked on the implementation of complex corporate structures involving multiple jurisdictions and advisors. He also managed the structuring several Pan-European real estate transactions.

He is a member of the Legal Affairs Committee of the ABBL, the Luxembourg Bankers’ Association.

Fatah holds a Master’s degree in business law, a Master’s degree in general law and a post graduate degree in company law and administration from the University of Strasbourg. He is a French national and fluent in English with a knowledge of Arabic.
