Jamal AFAKIR

Jamal Afakir is a Partner with the International and Corporate Tax practice of ATOZ. His practice supports multinational corporate, private equity and real estate clients on tax matters related to mergers and acquisitions, structured finance, debt restructuring and divestitures. He has been especially focused on private equity and private equity real estate funds set up and deal structuring. He also has a strong knowledge of the Islamic finance market.

Jamal holds a DESS/DJCE in Business and Tax law from the University of Nancy and a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from EM Lyon Business School.
