Nicolas CUISSET

Nicolas joined ATOZ on its foundation in 2004. He has specialised in the implementation of complex corporate structures dealing with multiple jurisdictions and advisors. Holding a Master’s degree in private law from the University of Lille, Nicolas also holds a post-graduate degree in European and International business law from the University of Valenciennes.
