Nicolas CUISSET

Nicolas Cuisset is a Partner with the Corporate Implementation department of ATOZ. Nicolas has been with ATOZ since its foundation in 2004. He is especially known for the implementation of complex corporate structures dealing with multiple jurisdictions and advisors. He also has a strong knowledge of the Asian market.

Nicolas holds a Master’s degree in Private Law from the University of Lille and a post-graduate degree in European and International Business Law from the University of Valenciennes. He is an active member of the Luxembourg Investment Fund Industry Association.
