Olivier FERRES

Prior to the formation of Atoz, Olivier was a partner with Ernst & Young Luxembourg and prior to that with Andersen where he advised a large range of international clients in both the financial and industrial sector. Olivier gained a significant experience in the supervision and co-ordination of the implementation of complex corporate structures involving multiple jurisdictions and advisors. Olivier also has extensively worked in supervisory functions in the domiciliation and corporate compliance departments, during his former positions. Olivier holds a master in business law degree from the University of Strasbourg and is fluent in English, French, German and Luxembourgish.
