Olivier REMACLE

Olivier Remacle is a founding Partner with the International and Corporate Tax department of ATOZ. Olivier advises international groups on the design and implementation of global tax strategies with particular emphasis on Global Private Equity and Real Estate Funds. He is named as one of the pioneers in structuring Luxembourg-based Pan-European real estate funds. He has been a tax specialist for nearly 20 years, during which time he has held a number of senior technical and management positions.

 Olivier holds a B.A. degree from HEC (Liège) and a post-graduate degree in Tax Law and Quantitative Method applied to Finance. He is a member of the Real Estate Committee of the Luxembourg Fund Association (ALFI), sits on the Tax Committee of the Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (LPEA) and is an active contributor to the European Venture Capital Association (EVCA).
