Olivier REMACLE

Olivier held a Senior Manager position in top professional services firms where he advised a large range of institutional investors in the private equity and real estate areas. Olivier gained a significant experience in structuring Pan-European investments, project managing and coordinating tax and corporate legal implementation. Back to 1997, Olivier was one of the pioneer’s in structuring Luxembourg based Pan-European real estate funds. Throughout his career, Olivier has also advised a large number of Luxembourg based banks and international asset managers. He is member of the Real Estate committee of the Luxembourg fund association (Alfi). Olivier holds a B.A. degree from HEC (Liège) and is post-graduated in Tax Law and Quantitative Method applied to Finance.
