Operations

Job description

Your main responsibilities:

 

Knowledge database

  • Anonymise documents, enter new data and perform regular updates
  • Make research in the knowledge database
  • Tracking of knowledge sharing for statistics

Library

  • Order, follow up, and update of publications and subscriptions
  • Update the library database and the list of subscriptions
  • Supervision of the library
  • Archive old publications

Administrative matters

  • Organise technical trainings - internal or external (booking of room, sending of invitations)
  • Perform quality checks of documents, including publications (spelling, grammar, layout)
  • Scanning of documents
  • Creation of graphics & formatting PowerPoint presentations prepared by the knowledge department for external conferences or internal trainings
Your profile:

 

  • You hold a Secretarial, Business Administration or related degree
  • You demonstrate at least 6 months of experience in a similar position
  • You have a good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
  • You combine excellent analytic and organisational skills with high curiosity and attention to detail
  • You know how to work autonomously and prioritize tasks
  • You are able to work within a fast-paced, collaborative environment while remaining driven, goal oriented and motivated
  • You are fluent in French and English (both spoken and written)
  • You demonstrate extraordinary commitment to providing excellent service, self-initiative and team spirit
