Charles is a Principal and the Business Development Leader at ATOZ.
A tax professional since 2003, Charles has experience in Luxembourg and international tax advisory and tax compliance with a focus on multinational corporations, IT groups and private equity funds. Charles provides advice to clients on all direct tax matters such as deal structuring, corporate reorganisations, mergers & acquisitions and exit planning.
Charles holds a post-graduate degree in Luxembourg Tax and a Master’s degree in International Tax Law from the University of Nice in France.
He speaks French and English.
