Job description
- Carry out ESG consulting assignments for clients across a wide range of sectors
- Audit existing practices: Mapping value chains and stakeholders, impact, risk and opportunity analysis
- Build corporate ESG strategies: Materiality analysis, strategy formulation, KPI definition
- Support the implementation of ESG strategies: Development of action plans and assistance with execution
- Enhance and promote clients’ ESG initiatives: ESG reporting, CSR labelling, ESG communication
- Contribute to the development of methodologies and tools to ensure the continued relevance of the firm’s services
- Actively contribute to client prospecting and business development
- Contribute to the firm’s reputation and visibility: writing articles, giving interviews, participating in events and forums
- With a higher education background, you have experience in ESG project management
- You possess solid knowledge of regulatory and reporting frameworks, including ISO 26000, CSRD/ESRS, VSME, IFRS, EU Taxonomy, SFDR, GRI, EcoVadis, ESR/INDR, and B Corp
- Training in Bilan Carbone® or the GHG Protocol would be an additional asset
- Open-minded and curious, you are able to define and implement structured approaches, while demonstrating strong autonomy and a high capacity for independent work
- You have a commercial mindset and are comfortable interacting with clients
- Strong proficiency in office tools is essential, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French. Knowledge of Luxembourgish and German is considered an advantage
