ATOZ Services, the Luxembourg-based provider of corporate, tax compliance and fund administration services to alternative funds, announces the appointment of Chafai Baihat as new Managing Partner. Jean-Michel Chamonard, who has led the firm since 2018, will transition to a Senior Advisor role.
ATOZ Services serves alternative fund clients and has grown into a leading professional services firm, closing 2025 with close to 300 colleagues across five client-facing divisions in four jurisdictions.
The ATOZ Services group has achieved several key milestones, including:
- Growth from 50 staff in 2018 to nearly 300 in 2025, including 11 Partners
- A strategic investment from ICG to support ATOZ Services’ development of new service lines and expansion into new geographies through a combination of organic growth and M&A
- Three acquisitions in 2024, each aligned with the firm’s continued ambition of growth and becoming the partner of choice in the alternative fund sector:
- ATOZ Fund Services (formerly Fund Solutions SCA)
- ATOZ Governance Services (formerly ME Business Solutions)
- ATOZ Services United Kingdom (formerly Seles Limited)
- The opening of ATOZ Services France in 2025
Jean-Michel Chamonard comments, “My appointment as Managing Partner of ATOZ Services in 2018 was a true highlight of my professional career, and I am proud of the team we have built together over the past seven years. Jérémie Schaeffer, Christophe Darche, Atman Haloui, Ryan Seligmann and Eric Chinchon will form the Management team as members of the Executive Committee led by Chafai Baihat.
