Franck is a Director at ATOZ Services.
A professional in his field since 2006, Franck has an extensive experience in advising multinational corporations, private equity firms, financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals, with particular focus on the corporate aspects of legal structuring, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions and financial restructurings.
Before joining the fund administration team of ATOZ Services in charge of the structuring, setting-up and operation of regulated and unregulated funds, Franck worked in an international law firm where he was a member of the Luxembourg Bar and then with a well-known global service provider in Luxembourg.
Franck holds a Magister’s degree in European and Business Law from the University of Nancy in France, as well as a Master’s degree in International Business Law and Management from ESSEC Business School, Paris, France.
He speaks French and English.
