ATOZ is pleased to have advised Batipart on the strategic acquisition of six hotels in Luxembourg City, including Sofitel Luxembourg Europe and Le Grand Ducal, Novotel Suites as well as Novotel Kirchberg and City Centre. A sixth hotel, Mama Shelter, which is expected to open in 2020, has also been acquired in this transaction. In purchasing the hotels from the Luxembourg investment firm CMIL, Batipart has acquired 1,000 hotel rooms, a figure which represents around 20% of the total hotel capacity of Luxembourg City. ATOZ also advised Batipart on the acquisition of two office buildings in Kirchberg for a total floor space of 24,000m2.
