Andrea has more than 7 years' experience in International & Corporate Tax.
He has experience in advising a wide range of international clients on direct tax aspects of cross-border operations, set-up of investment structures, reorganisations and exit planning. He is also active in private equity and real estate fund set-up, carried interest, deal structuring and mergers & acquisitions.
Furthermore, he has experience in high-net-worth individuals, individual taxation and Family Office advisory, notably advising private banking, life insurance groups and Family Offices on tax matters relating to wealth engineering solutions, asset engineering schemes and individual investment’s solutions.
Andrea is a qualified Chartered Accountant in Luxembourg ("Expert-Comptable"), holds a post-graduate degree in Luxembourg Tax and a Master’s Degree in Wealth Management from the Luxembourg School of Finance. He also studied International Finance and Economics in the frame of an international degree involving various European and US universities including HEC Paris and Bocconi.
He speaks Italian, English and French.
