Laurent acts as Of Counsel to ATOZ Tax Advisers Middle East, where his focus is on developing the indirect tax practice of the local office.
For over more than 20 years as a VAT partner with ATOZ and PwC in Luxembourg, he has assisted international clients including real estates funds, private equity firms and asset managers. He was also involvedwith the structuring of supply chain transactions for companies within the commercial, retail and distribution sectors, including e-commerce businesses.
Laurent has been an active contributor to Luxembourg marketplace through his engagement with the Luxembourg Bankers’ Association ("ABBL"), the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry ("ALFI") and the Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association ("LPEA").
Laurent is a chartered accountant, economic counsel and authorised land developer in Luxembourg. He holds a Master’s degree in taxation from HEC Liège, Belgium. He is also the author of VAT and tax articlesand has regularly spoken at tax seminars across Europe.
