This training series will provide a comprehensive overview of the tax, legal and regulatory aspects of alternative investments in Luxembourg. It is aimed to understand how to effectively structure investments in private equity, private debt, property, infrastructure and other alternative assets, within a landscape shaped by the international tax reforms arising from the OECD’s BEPS project.
