Partner - International & Corporate Tax
Jamal is a Partner in the International and Corporate Tax department of ATOZ.
A tax professional since 2002, Jamal has experience in multinational corporations, private equity and real estate, advising clients on tax matters related to mergers and acquisitions, structured finance, debt restructuring and divestitures. His expertise focuses heavily on private equity and private equity real estate funds set-up and deal structurings.
Jamal is a member of the Tax Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg (AMCHAM). He is also a member of the Working Group on REIF of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI).
Jamal holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from EM Lyon Business School (France) as well as a DESS/DJCE in Business and Tax Law from the University of Nancy (France).
He speaks English and French.
