Director - International & Corporate Tax
Simon is a Director in the International & Corporate Tax department at ATOZ.
A tax professional since 2016, Simon has experience in structuring alternative investments through Luxembourg (private equity, real estate, etc). He advises multinational groups on all direct tax matters including deal structuring, corporate reorganisations and mergers & acquisitions. He has a great interest in the Luxembourg banking area with experience in the treatment of transactions under Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS.
Simon holds a post-graduate degree in Luxembourg Tax as well as a Master’s degree in Management from the Louvain School of Management in Belgium.
He speaks French and English.
