Viktoria is a Director in the International & Corporate Tax department at ATOZ.
A tax professional since 2005, Viktoria has experience in both German and Luxembourg international tax advisory, focusing on the alternative investment sector, including real estate, infrastructure and private equity. She advises a wide range of global market players on Luxembourg tax matters of cross-border operations including the set-up of investment structures, carried interest, mergers & acquisitions, reorganisations and exit planning.
Viktoria is a certified German tax adviser (“Steuerberater”) and holds a degree in Business Administration with a major in Tax from the University of Mannheim in Germany, as well as a post-graduate degree in Luxembourg Tax.
She speaks English, German, Russian and French.
