Lukas Hecht

Lukas is a Director in the International & Corporate Tax department at ATOZ.

A tax professional since 2019, Lukas advises international clients on Luxembourg and cross-border tax matters, with a particular focus on alternative investments, including private equity, private debt, infrastructure, and real estate. His expertise covers transaction structuring, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, cash repatriation, and exit planning.

Before joining ATOZ in 2026, Lukas gained valuble experience in the Big Four environment in Luxembourg.

Lukas holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialisation in Taxation from the University of Trier, as well as a postgraduate degree in Luxembourg Tax. He is also a Luxembourg Chartered Accountant (Expert-Comptable).
