Eric is ATOZ Tax Advisers’ Head of Corporate Finance.
He is active in advising companies on a large spectrum of corporate finance topics including financial due diligence, structuring and restructuring of financing transactions, managing M&A processes as well as equity and debt raising.
Through his banking and consulting experience within multiple international companies, Eric has acquired considerable expertise in business planning, financial modelling and valuation.
His academic background includes a BSc in Management and an MSc in Corporate Finance from HEC Lausanne, as well as a Master’s Degree in International Business Law from ESCP Business School in Paris, in partnership with the Queen Mary University of London for the LLM certificate in Banking and Finance.
He speaks English, French, German and Luxembourgish.
